Errors and Ommisions
We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is true and correct, but should an error occur we will remedy it as quickly as possible and reserve the right to refuse purchase on incorrect items. Should this situation ever arise you will be contacted by email immediately.
Taxes
We charge tax on all products sold in Canada according to your provinces taxation rules.
Shipping
Shopping Cart shipping is calculated for Express Post from Canada Post. Orders over $100 within Canada will have the option of free expedited shipping. Contact us about other shipping options at 1-800-839-9339.
Order Fulfillment
We will fill you order and ship within 24 hours of you placing your order when possible (Canada Post is closed on Sunday). You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the merchandise has been shipped.
Currency conversion
For orders from outside Canada our products are priced in Canadian Dollars. Orders paid for by credit card will be converted automatically by your credit card provider and will be shown on your monthly statement. For daily currency conversions, go to x-rates.com
Online Purchase Returns
Clean unworn merchandise may be returned up to 30 days from purchase. We will exchange or refund your return within 3 days of receiving it. Return shipping at purchaser's expense. Free return shipping if item is defective under warranty.
If you feel you have received a defective item, we will consider an exchange or refund on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is your satisfaction and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
If you would like to exchange or return merchandise, please send an email to shoeguy@tlpg.com including your original order number and request for either an exchange or refund. If you are exchanging merchandise, please indicate which products you would like to receive in return.
In your return package, please include a note to refund your purchase, along with the merchandise for return.
Returns will be processed as quickly as possible following receipt of returned merchandise and authorization form. Once your return is processed, we will ship exchange merchandise via Post or refund your purchase within a week.
